Shipping & Returns

When it comes to shipping we don't mess about. We know that these days our customers want and expect their items as soon as possible. That's why we ship all large items through the UPS next day service (UK mainland only) and all smaller items through Royal Mail First class.

Shipping is included in the price so you won't get that lovely little surprise on checkout.

Our daily collection is at around 2pm Mon to Fri so we like to say order by 12 noon if you really want it the next day but we'll always do our best to get your item(s) out to you as quickly as possible. Feel free to call us the check if collection has been made for that day.

Please be aware that if your order is placed after our collection on a Friday it will be sent on Monday.

If your address is not considered UK Mainland we will find a courier to get your goods to you but it may take a little longer.

Returns

Accidents do happen and if on the off chance your item arrives damaged or faulty please let us know within 14 days and we'll send a replacement straight out and have the faulty item picked up from you and returned to us for a good telling off!

If you simply change your mind or find our product is unsuitable for your needs please let us know within 14 days and we'll take care of the rest. In this case items must be unused and returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.
